Introduction

Clinical Reflexology is a non-invasive, complementary therapy that works alongside conventional healthcare to support your overall wellbeing.

By applying precise gentle pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, hands, or face, reflexology encourages improved circulation, reduces stress, supports hormonal balance, and boosts the body's immune system. It offers a natural way to help the body rebalance itself, making it a supportive therapy for those experiencing stress, sleep issues, hormonal changes, or simply seeking to maintain overall health and wellbeing.

As a clinical reflexologist, I am qualified to bring deeper knowledge to tailor treatments to your individual health journey.

Reflexology is a natural therapy that complements, but does not replace, medical advice or treatment from your healthcare provider.

Ancient Roots, Modern Benefits

Reflexology has been practised for thousands of years dating back to ancient Egypt, India, and China, where pressure work on the feet and hands was used to promote healing and balance. These early techniques recognised the powerful link between the feet and the health of the whole body, laying the foundation for the modern reflexology we practise today.

"If you are even vaguely curious about reflexology I would absolutely reach out to Teresa. The impact of her work has immediate and profound results for me. Add to that her warmth and the comfort of her working space and it is a recipe for relaxation and increased wellbeing. I had experienced reflexology before and this is another level.

Frequently asked Questions

Can I have reflexology if I have sensitive feet?

Yes, you can have reflexology if you have sensitive feet. I will always tailor the pressure and techniques to your comfort level. Reflexology should never be painful, many people with sensitive feet find the treatment relaxing once they feel at ease. If you're concerned please let me know and I will adjust the session to suit your needs.
